And for those who might be new to my page, I lost -45lbs in 6 months eating dessert every day and never stepping foot in a gym. Whaaat? I know 🤩

In 2015 I reached my heaviest and was feeling really unhappy with my body

I'd tried a bunch of things to lose weight but nothing ever worked for me.

I hated everything about dieting and weight loss; I hated feeling hungry all the time, I craved my old normal food, and I also didn't have the time for all these hours of meal prep shenanigans plus long gym sessions...

I thought I was just meant to be fat because I couldn't do this - I literally remember saying that to myself and I really felt like I was destined to be stuck forever

Until I discovered macro tracking and lifting weights from home - whaaat? YES!

This was new to me... And when I started... I was losing inches eating things like ice cream and toning my body by exercising just 30 minutes a day I was HOOKED
