I know this place.
Maybe food is on your mind from the moment you wake up. You're negotiating breakfast, replaying lunch and promising yourself tomorrow will be different.
Maybe you've started over more times than you can count. You go all in, life gets busy, the plan falls apart, and you're back at the beginning.
Maybe you look in the mirror after a baby, a hard season or a few busy years, and you don't quite recognize the woman looking back. Your body is doing hard things, and the thoughts about it make it even harder.
I've been every one of those women. I spent my twenties trying everything, until I learned how my body actually works and how much my thoughts were running the show.
Once I got in shape, I couldn't believe what was possible, and I wanted to know what else was. So I did the same work on the inside: how I talk to myself, how I handle the hard feelings, how I keep the promises I make to me. My body changed first. Then my whole life did, and the best relationship I have now is the one with myself.
Through injury, two pregnancies and a lot of "it's all downhill from here," I've kept leveling up, and I've walked thousands of women through it with me.
If any of this sounds like where you are right now, come on in.
