💛 crab walk + calf raise
💛 narrow squat + calf raise reach
💛 static squat + toe tap
💛 reverse lunch knee up + oblique twist
💛 reverse tabletop hold

✨ I N S T R U C T I O N S ✨

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Once you've completed all 5 exercises, rest for 1 minute then repeat the circuit X 3 rounds!
