Did you know if you get 10,000 steps per day, at the end of the week you'll have burned 3,500 calories? Which equals -1lb!⁠

So set an alarm daily this week to get up and go on a 30-minute walk ☀️⁠

Park your car a little further away so you can get more steps in 🏃‍♀️⁠

Change your desk setup from seated to standing and move around more during your day 💻⁠

If you use a Fitbit, Apple Watch, or any type of fitness tracker, keep an eye your steps and notice how many you get per day... can you increase that number?
