You can work hard on your body. You can reach the goal. And still find something wrong the second you look in the mirror.

Maybe it’s a photo someone tagged you in. The number on the scale before you’ve even had your coffee. A reflection in a store window that changes your whole mood. And then there’s the voice:

Ugh, my stomach.Delete that photo. What happened to me?The scale ruined my day.

Changing your body and enjoying your body are two different things. You can learn both.

That voice is your body image. It feels like the truth, but it’s a way of seeing, and the way you see can change. That’s the makeover. And you can feel it right here, right now.

Try it right now

Write it on the mirror. Then wipe it off.

This is a little taste of what we do together on Day 1. Nothing you type here is saved or sent anywhere.

One
Two

Read it. Notice how it feels to see it written there in front of you. Now:

The way a camera would see it. No opinions.

Three

Wipe the mirror with your finger. That was never your body. It was written on top of it.

What’s actually there

I have a stomach.

There she is.
Drag your finger to wipe

Same body. Different image. That’s an Upgrade.

That was one minute. Inside, I take you all the way through it, then into the mirror, the photo and the scale, where the old voice usually shows up.

Try one more

Step on. See what it says now.

A real scale measures your body’s weight in one moment. Water, your cycle, yesterday’s salt, how you slept. It doesn’t measure you.

The number is information, not a judgment about you. You can absolutely want it to change and still have a good day. Inside the powder room, you make this scale say something of yours.

Hear it from me

A closet that’s open anytime.

When a hard moment shows up, you pick what’s going on and I talk you through that exact moment. Twelve of them, from the live conversations I had with the first women who went through this work with me. Try two on.

Swipe the rail to see them all.
Inside the powder room

Not a course. A room you walk into.

The doors open, the lights come on, and you meet yourself in every corner of it. All of it on your phone.

The Mirror

Write what you’ve been saying in lipstick, wipe it off, and see what’s actually there. Then find what else is available to see.

The Scale

A scale that tells you something better than a number, and says what you want it to say.

The Closet

Twelve short audios for the hard moments, from a photo you hate to the day you want to stop fighting your body.

The Photo Wall

A camera takes a picture of your body. These take a picture of your body image. Every new way you see yourself gets a polaroid.

Touch-Ups

Your body will meet new seasons. A new number, gray hairs, a postpartum belly. Come back anytime. You’ll never be starting over.

Your 7 days

One makeover, then six short audios that take your new way of seeing into your real life. Start any day and go at your pace.

Your 7-day makeover

One makeover. Then you wear it.

Day 1 is your makeover: a 10-minute audio with me, plus a few pauses to write, so give yourself about half an hour. Then each day is a short audio about one of the moments that usually gets you, and one small thing to try.

DAY1

The Makeover

Ten minutes with me at the mirror. Your first Upgrade, on your own thing.

DAY2

The Mirror

Checking, turning sideways, avoiding it altogether.

DAY3

The Photo

One camera, one angle, one split second.

DAY4

The Scale

What the number measures, and everything it can’t.

DAY5

Come Home

Comparing, and the care you’re making her earn.

DAY6

Borrow Her Eyes

Aging, old photos and hindsight.

DAY7

The Reveal

Your body, your body image, and you.

Your makeover

How you walk in. How you walk out.

Walking in

  • A photo ruins your whole day
  • You check the mirror from every angle
  • One number on the scale decides your mood
  • You’re waiting to feel good until your body changes

Walking out

  • You see yourself without the judgment
  • You know what to do when the old voice shows up
  • You get in the picture
  • Your attention goes back to your life
And yes

You can still want your body to change.

I love a glow-up. Get strong, build the muscle, do the skincare, get the Botox if you want it. This work doesn’t ask you to stop wanting things for your body.

Here’s why it matters, though. If you only change your body, you take the same eyes with you. You reach the goal and still find something wrong, and the finish line keeps moving.

When you change how you see her too, you stop asking the change to finally make you okay. You’re already okay. And you get to choose what you want for your body out of respect, not shame.

Is this you?

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You pick yourself apart in photos, or stay out of them.
  • One number on the scale decides your mood.
  • You’ve reached goals and still found something wrong.
  • Your body has changed, through pregnancy, postpartum, injury or age, and you don’t recognize yourself.
  • You’re tired of waiting to feel good until your body changes.

It’s not for you if

  • You’re looking for a workout or meal plan. That’s the Studio and Level Up Your Body.
  • You’re struggling with an eating disorder or a mental health crisis. You deserve care from a professional, and this is coaching, not a replacement for it.
Who’s in the room with you

I’ve said I don’t recognize myself, too.

I’m Lia. I’ve been coaching women in their bodies for over a decade, as a personal trainer, nutrition coach and mindset coach, and I’ve helped thousands of women get in shape without extremes.

And I’ve lived in a lot of bodies. A body that was heavier than I wanted. The body I built after I lost the weight. A strong, athletic body. Pregnant bodies, postpartum bodies, an injured body, a healing body. In my last pregnancy I gained over 70 pounds, and this time I didn’t spend it waiting to get myself back.

Because I finally learned the thing I teach in this room: I never went anywhere.

There’s your body.There’s your body image.And then there’s you.

I made this room so you can feel that too, in your body, right now. Not ten pounds from now.

Questions

Good questions

How long does it take?

Day 1 is a 10-minute audio with a few pauses to write, so give yourself about half an hour. Days 2 to 7 are 7 to 9 minute audios, each with one small thing to try. Start any day and go at your pace. The Closet and Touch-Ups are there whenever you need them.

Do I have to love my body by the end?

No. You don’t have to jump from hate to love. An Upgrade counts when something moves, even a little. “My stomach is disgusting” becoming “I don’t love my stomach, and I don’t need to hate it to take care of it” is a really big deal.

Can I still work on changing my body?

Yes, please do. This isn’t instead of your fitness goals. It’s so you can actually enjoy your body on the way there, and once you arrive.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It was made for your phone. The powder room opens right in your browser, and you can tap, write and listen right there.

Do I keep it?

Yes. It’s a one-time purchase and it’s yours to keep, so you can come back for a touch-up every time your body meets a new season.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching. If you’re struggling with an eating disorder or your mental health, please reach out to a professional. You deserve that support.

There’s your body.There’s your body image.And then there’s you.

There’s a whole woman here.

Let’s go meet her.
